What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full payroll cycle with accuracy and ownership
• Supporting payroll across multiple states, gaining exposure to varied legislation
• Reviewing timesheets, resolving queries and ensuring smooth processing
• Contributing to payroll reporting and enhancing Excel templates
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Working closely with a supportive manager and approachable team

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years payroll experience and readiness to step into full end‑to‑end responsibility
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
• Confidence with Excel or a willingness to strengthen your skills
• Someone who values teamwork, communication and continuous learning
