Customer Service & Warehouse assistant (Part-Time, Hybrid Role)

About the Role

This is a hybrid role for someone who loves variety in their day. You'll move between packing and dispatching online orders, welcoming customers into our showroom, and supporting our community through customer service queries. No two days look exactly the same, and that's what makes it great.

What You'll Be Doing

Warehouse & Dispatch

• Carefully picking, packing, and dispatching online orders with the attention to detail our customers expect

• Maintaining a tidy, organised packing area and keeping stock accurate

• Flagging any inventory discrepancies or fulfilment issues to the team

Showroom Sales

• Welcoming customers into our showroom and creating a warm, genuine experience

• Sharing your knowledge of our sizing, fit philosophy, and styles to help each customer find what works for her

• Processing sales transactions and maintaining the look and feel of the showroom floor

Customer Service

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and/or social channels with warmth and efficiency

• Helping customers navigate sizing, exchanges, and order queries

• Escalating any complex issues to the right team member and following up to close the loop

What We're Looking For

• Someone who is equally comfortable moving around a warehouse and having a genuine conversation with a customer

• A natural communicator, warm and confident, who listens first

• Detail-oriented and reliable, you take real pride in doing things properly

• An interest in fashion or swimwear is a bonus, but passion for great customer experience is a must

• Previous retail, customer service, or warehouse experience is helpful, though not essential

The Details

• Part-time, with a mix of pick packing, showroom and customer service splitting up your shifts across Monday to Friday

• Based in Wooloowin, Brisbane
