About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Construction Lead with marine construction experience to oversee daily site activities and ensure contractors deliver safely, on time, and to standard.

You’ll play a key role in HSEC compliance, from mobilisation through to completion. Experience with dive projects would be very well regarded

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities
• Ensure contractor safety, performance, and compliance
• Support HSEC requirements pre-mobilisation and during construction
• Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager
• Oversee quality, specifications, and risk controls

About You

• Proven Construction Lead / Supervisor experience
• Marine construction experience essential
• Strong HSEC and contractor management background
• Ability to drive site safety and performance
