We’re looking for a capable Scheduling Coordinator to support our Asset Services team at CV Services. This is a busy, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping jobs on track, supporting our trade teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

If you enjoy variety, problem-solving and being someone people rely on, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing

This role supports the day-to-day operations of our Asset Services division and includes:

• Coordinating jobs, work orders and scheduling support
• Managing shared inboxes and client portals
• Preparing job documentation, reports and contracts
• Liaising with internal teams, clients and subcontractors
• Invoicing support and job closure administration
• Ordering materials, assisting with stock control and stocktakes
• Handling incoming calls and general enquiries
• Keeping job management systems up to date and running smoothly

About you

You’re a confident and organised administrator with scheduling experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You’ll bring:

• Solid experience in administration or coordination roles
• Experience in trade services, maintenance or construction (highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Clear, professional communication skills
• The ability to juggle priorities and keep things moving
• A team-focused attitude with the confidence to work independently
