The Role
We are currently seeking a Building Supervisor to lead the delivery of Ausbuild homes, ensuring exceptional quality and customer experience throughout the construction journey. You will be provided with a dual cab tool of trade vehicle, mobile phone and Surface Pro. You will:
Coordinate with Building Administrators to keep clients informed on construction progress
Supervise subcontractors and ensure all work meets Australian Standards and company specifications
Schedule materials and trades efficiently to maintain build timelines and minimise delays
Conduct site inspections, stage quality checks, and oversee practical completion and client handover
Monitor and enforce WHS, building codes, and company policies on-site
Maintain accurate project records and provide regular progress updates through internal systems
Review and approve subcontractor work and invoices
Identify and report construction issues, discrepancies, or risks to management
Ensure sites are safe, clean, and presented to a high standard
Deliver builds on time, within budget, and to quality KPIs
The Person
Minimum 2 years' experience in building supervision within residential new home construction
QBCC Site Supervisor, Contractor or Nominee Supervisor Licence
Minimum Cert IV in Building & Construction (highly regarded)
Drivers Licence, Construction White Card and First Aid
