We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join Prime Financial Group in our Alternative Asset Management division. As a Business Development Associate, you will support the Asset management team in driving client engagement, managing investor relationships and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives across alternative investment strategies. This role combines client service, business development and administrative responsibilities, offering valuable exposure to the funds management industry for someone eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key contact for existing and prospective clients

• Support fundraising and sales initiatives across alternative investment strategies

• Maintain Salesforce CRM, manage pipeline and assist with reporting and presentations

• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, events and eDM communications

• Assist with compliance documentation and general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services

• Interest in finance and funds management

• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline
