About the Role

Cordium, a respected name in Australian healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant medical practice.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping a high-performing, patient-focused environment that supports both our clinical team and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth running of the practice

• Lead and support the admin team – recruitment, training, rosters, performance

• Liaise with doctors, nurses, patients, and external stakeholders professionally

• Implement and refine systems, procedures, and policies to improve service delivery

• Monitor practice budgets, billing, and financial performance

• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Support strategic planning and the growth of the practice

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience

• Minimum 5-10 staff management experience required

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to problem-solve and implement process improvements

• Strong organisational and time management abilities
